The Authority is establishing a collaborative Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Digital Services split into a number of categories (lots) for the provision of Digital Products, Digital Resources and Cyber Security Services.
Technology is transforming the way public services are being delivered and there has been significant growth in the demand for digital services as identified in the Scottish Government’s Digital Strategy. There is also a desire by organisations to have access to a wider range of digital technology suppliers to, support agile working, mitigate the skills gap and further develop their cyber security processes.
The DPS aims to support a number of Scottish Government strategies and in particular:
