Coronavirus fails to stop manufacturing output jumping over the baseline

Coronavirus issues had begun to hinder supply chains in the manufacturing sector in February, however this did not prevent manufacturing output from jumping over the baseline figure of 50.0 to 51.7, signify sector growth for the first time in nine months.
