Federal government department seeks commercial off the shelf e-learning and/or video learning content to purchase/acquire rights to access.
Intent is to award up to two contracts to establish a primary and secondary contractor. The primary contractor will be guaranteed a minimum annual volume of 20,000 users and the secondary contractor will be guaranteed a minimum annual volume of 5,000 users.
The period of each contract is from date of contract to March 31, 2018, with option to extend the term of the contract by up to three additional one-year periods.
