Genesis Housing Association (Authority) has appointed The Monarch Partnership (Agent) to establish a framework agreement for the provision of fixed, flexible and basket energy procurement solutions for non half hourly electricity, half hourly electricity and natural gas.

It is intended that only Ofgem licensed suppliers will be eligible to participate in this framework agreement.

This framework will be accessible to all the contracting authorities as listed in this notice.
