We are looking for a versatile, comprehensive and flexible system which is easy to use from both a Buyer and a Supplier’s perspective. The system should be intuitive and add value wherever possible to the process, retaining a full history and audit trail of all procurement activity.
The system should be currently fully commercially available and well supported, ideally it will be widely used by procurement professionals and bespoke modifications should be kept to a minimum.

This tender exercise is a joint procurement initiative to procure an eSourcing system suitable for managing procurement at every level (below and above OJEU threshold), for use by all current and any future Catapult Centres.
This tender will establish a single supplier framework agreement of 4 (four) years duration and establish general terms of business and fixed prices for the provision of an eSourcing system. This framework agreement will be available for use by any of the Catapult Centres, each of whom is able to call off against the framework and enter into a specific contract with the appointed supplier.
The services required include but are not limited to the following:
— Provision of an eSourcing system;
— Off-premises hosting of the eSourcing system;
— Development of the eSourcing system where required in order to meet the technical specification;
— User licences;
— User training;
— Technical support;
— Future developments, customisation, software update and/or amendments to the system.
