Kingsbridge to receive nearly 100 new homes

South Hams District Council in South Devon have granted planning permission to the property development company Devonshire Homes for the construction of 94 new homes off of Belle Hill in Kingsbridge.
Named Applegate Park, the Kingsbridge development will officially commence in April and will delivery a variety of housing, in regard to the number of bedrooms per property, and will even make an affordable homes contribution as part of Devonshire Homes’ second partnership with LiveWest, a housing association renowned as being the largest in the South West.
The Acting Joint Managing Director of Devonshire Homes, Jane Pearce stated: “We look forward to delivering high quality homes in Kingsbridge that are stylish, practical and sympathetic to their local environment. After receiving detailed planning permission for the site, we are busy putting our plans in place to begin construction in April. Prospective homeowners can visit the Devonshire Homes website now to register their interest in the new homes coming soon.”

The Planning and Technical Director of LiveWest, Glynnis Poole added: “We are delighted to have secured planning permission to deliver this exciting new development in Kingsbridge which will also deliver much-needed affordable homes.
