Call for Speakers: UKIS 2020

Construction Online is delighted to announce that once again we will be supporting the annual UK Infrastructure Show as Media Partner.
UKIS 2020, 9th September 2020 at the NEC Birmingham, will feature a host of names from the sector, providing in depth coverage of the hot topics within infrastructure, with separate zones focussed on the biggest sub-sectors within the industry.
Last year’s show featured an engaging Keynote stage, boasting some of the biggest names in infrastructure, such as: Phil Graham CE National Infrastructure Commission, Matthew Vickerstaff CEO Infrastructure Projects Authority, Catherine de Marco Deputy Director Infrastructure, Skills and Efficiency at Department for Transport, as well as several speakers from HS2 – Europe’s largest infrastructure project currently underway.
Based at the NEC, the show aptly hosted names from the West Midlands, who will be crucial in the journey to the procurement of HS2 – with Midlands Connect, Transport for the West Midlands and Midlands Rail Forum all represented. And UKIS 2020 will broaden its look at the regions and the heavy investment promised.
Next year’s show promises to be a thriving and enlightening exhibition, providing collaboration and strategic commercial opportunities for all who attend.
We are therefore delighted to be able to invite key members of our engaged community to put forward their names as speakers for next year’s show.
With big issues on the table, including Brexit, the labour shortage, funding models, and the digital transformation of the industry, this is your opportunity to bring your opinion to the table.
For further information or to have the opportunity to speak at, partner with or attend the event, please get in touch with me directly to discuss.
In the meantime, please do take a look at our latest market report for more information on the infrastructure sector’s current trends and opportunities. A review of last year’s event, attended by 1,400 delegates, can also be found here.
