New Phoenix 66 warehouse in Featherstone



The buildings contractor company, Tolent, have completed construction of the new Phoenix 66 state-of-the-art warehousing unit on the Green Lane Industrial Estate in Featherstone, West Yorkshire, handing the property over to Onward Holdings Ltd.

The warehouse features storage space of approximately 66,923sq ft, 3,207sq ft of additional second-floor future office space, 40 parking spaces for commercial vehicles, a large concrete service yard, uniform floor loading of 50sq kNm, six loading doors (including four docks), solar panels on the rooftop, an electric car charging point, and state-of-the-art security systems.

The Director of Onward Holdings, Neil Storey stated: “We are thrilled to announce the availability of Phoenix 66, a quality high bay warehouse unit in a prime location with excellent facilities and transport links. This is a great opportunity to beat the current warehousing shortage as it can be leased as a bespoke unit or managed 3PL warehouse.”

Various logistics companies in Yorkshire have expressed their interest in the site on account of its prime location, being situated near junction 31 of the M62 while the M1 and A1(M) intersections, East coast ports, Doncaster/Sheffield airport, and Leeds Bradford airport are all likewise nearby.
