The care home will also contain a café, a cinema, a hairdressers, a therapy room, a wellness suite, a roof garden, a library a wildlife refuge, a courtyard, and landscaped gardens.
Furthermore, the development is expected to create approximately 120 new jobs while construction is set to commence in April of this year, with completion not expected until the latter stages of 2021.
The Managing Director of Savista Developments and the Chair of Hallmark Care Homes, Avnish Goyal stated: “We are delighted to have secured planning permission for this wonderful facility that will be an asset to the community and local residents. The home will have a number of innovative ideas and new features that we are looking to showcase when it opens in late 2021.”
