Eased political uncertainty causes output to near stabilisation
Following the results of the December General Election, construction output has experienced a slight recovery from the sharp decline that was recorded by the IHS Markit/CIPS UK Construction output report in January. Although the industry has not yet properly recovered, figures display it nearing stabilisation in the new year.
