Comms365 strengthens Internet of Things offering with two new senior appointments
Head of IoT and Products and Director of Business Development appointed to support continued sales growth

Today it announces the appointments of Nick Sacke as Head of IoT and Products, and Situl Shah as Head of Business Development as part of its Leadership Team to support its move to bolster its offering by providing end-to-end IoT solutions for its strategic partners and the B2B market.
With a combined experience exceeding forty five years within the high technology and communications industries, Nick and Situl both bring proven expertise in developing and implementing IoT, M2M, wireless, IT security and managed Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) solutions. In particular, Nick has spent the last eight years at Pinnacle Technology Group plc scoping and guiding its product strategy, which will be experience that is fully utilised at Comms365.
Nick comments, “My aim is to use my previous experience to further develop Comms365’s product portfolio, especially in the IoT space. There is a lot of noise around IoT at the moment, and it’s quickly becoming one of the fastest growing areas of technology. However, there is a real need for an end-to-end solution that really delivers value for the customer, which is what I believe we can offer from Comms365.”
As the commercial and technical lead for the IoT business, Nick’s key responsibilities involve reviewing and enhancing the product roadmap for Comms365 as well as planning and executing its IoT strategy.
Situl has spent the last few years as a Business Director and Management Consultant specialising in Smart Services, Next Generation Wireless Networks, Strategic Alliances and Datacentres across International and Emerging Markets with global leaders including Amphenol, BT, CISCO, EE, IBM, HP, Huawei, Microsoft, NEC, Level 3, Reliance, Schneider, Vodafone, Telefonica, TATA etc.
Situl’s extensive international experience within the Wireless, Fibre, Datacentre, M2M, IoT, and technology consulting industries equips him with the ability to develop and drive Comms365’s sales strategy going forward in both vertical markets and horizontal solutions, including IoT and related areas. “It’s an exciting time to join Comms365,” explains Situl. “It’s a dynamic, fast growing and innovative company with huge potential; leveraging this culture of innovation and agility will be really important. Working alongside Nick, my aim is to increase revenues by 25% on a year-by-year basis thorough a mix of direct customers and strategic partnerships as well as identifying new technology areas for growth”
