First phase of RBS-backed luxury development completes

Glebe Homes has completed its first phase of a luxury housing development in Barrow on Trent, in the Midlands, that was backed by a seven figure funding package by the Royal Bank of Scotland.
The scheme comprises of three five-bedroom luxury homes that will go on the market in November at a cost of £750,000 each.
The Vinden Partnership provided full fund monitoring surveying services for RBS on the project and enjoy a long standing relationship with the bank having collaborated on a number of different projects including care homes, residential, commercial and specialist high value schemes.
Paul Clarkson, Chartered Surveyor at The Vinden Partnership, commented on the success of the project: “We have an excellent relationship with RBS and there was a fantastic spirit of collaboration on the project between RBS, Glebe Homes and The Vinden Partnership on this project.

The second phase of the development is due to start next year.
