First phase of RBS-backed luxury development completes

Glebe Homes has completed its first phase of a luxury housing development in Barrow on Trent, in the Midlands, that was backed by a seven figure funding package by the Royal Bank of Scotland.
The scheme comprises of three five-bedroom luxury homes that will go on the market in November at a cost of £750,000 each.
The Vinden Partnership provided full fund monitoring surveying services for RBS on the project and enjoy a long standing relationship with the bank having collaborated on a number of different projects including care homes, residential, commercial and specialist high value schemes.
Paul Clarkson, Chartered Surveyor at The Vinden Partnership, commented on the success of the project: “We have an excellent relationship with RBS and there was a fantastic spirit of collaboration on the project between RBS, Glebe Homes and The Vinden Partnership on this project.
“We congratulate Gary and Glebe Homes on achieving such a fantastic standard.”
Gary Supple, Director of Glebe Construction (Midlands) Ltd, said: “We are creating highly desirable, luxury homes that we are confident will sell quickly, based on our experience of previous Glebe Homes developments.

The second phase of the development is due to start next year.
