Matthew Jacobs – started June 2016
Matthew started life in the construction industry in 2006 as a PQS at Stewart Pearl and Associates with experience in new build schools, healthcare centres and student accommodation before joining Davis Langdon and specialising in capital allowances as well as bank fund monitoring. Prior to joining TVP, he was Senior Quantity Surveyor at Reco Build, with experience in the hotel, industrial and luxury housing markets.
Matthew has joined TVP as a Senior Consultant in the Financial Services Department.
David Mayall – started April 2016
David has 15 years’ experience in the construction industry starting out in QS and contract administration, including planned and reactive maintenance within facilities management before becoming a chartered quantity surveyor. He has experience across the whole spectrum of a project from feasibility to final certificate, specialising in feasibility estimates, fire damage reinstatement and whole life costing services. Sectors of work were primarily local authority education, civic, leisure, social services and housing on both single and multi-discipline projects.
David is currently working at TVP as a Senior Quantity Surveying Consultant working on private sector projects including residential, medical centres and infrastructure.
Justin Wall – started May 2016
Justin began his career as a main contractor QS in 1989 before moving to the client side in 1996 where he worked for several international practices. He has experience working on prestigious schemes including Liverpool football Club’s new stadium, sports facilities for the 2002 Commonwealth Games and Manchester Hospitals PFI redevelopment. During his career he has provided Quantity Surveying, Employers Agent, Project Management and CDM Adviser services to clients across several sectors including residential, retail, health and education.
Justin graduated from Salford University with a First Class Honours degree in Quantity Surveying and is an Incorporated Member of the Association for Project Safety. He has joined TVP as Senior Consultant in the QS department.
