The Vinden Partnership is pleased to announce a number of key appointments in its dispute resolution and banking services teams.

Adrienne Yarwood

Adrienne YarwoodAdrienne is a Fellow of the RICS, member of the CIArb and holds both a MSc in Construction Law and Diploma in arbitration. She has vast experience gained from working with several Plc Main Contractors, Specialist Sub-Contractors and Private Consultants. Adrienne has lectured on UCLAN’s degree and MSc courses and is widely respected throughout the construction industry for her knowledge of commercial management, claims and dispute resolution. Adrienne is based in Vinden’s banking services team in the North West and can be contacted by email at [email protected].

Lee Snowden

Lee SnowdenLee is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Fellow of the CIOB and holds a degree in Law. Lee has been working in the construction industry for over 25 years providing contract, commercial, dispute and quantum services to Contractors and Specialist Sub-Contractors. He has extensive experience of leading high value commercial negotiations and managing contracts, and also advising on dispute resolution matters including arbitration, adjudication and mediation. Lee is responsible for Vinden’s activities in the East Midlands working from their Nottingham office. Lee can be contacted by email at [email protected].

Mike Conway

Mike ConwayMike is a Fellow of the RICS, CIArb, CInstCES and holds both a MSc in Construction Law and Diploma in law. Mike has extensive experience in the UK contracting industry working as a commercial manager for large building and civil engineering entities but it probably known for his reputation as an adjudicator, arbitrator and expert for which he is best known. Mike is based in Vinden’s dispute resolution team in the North West and can be contacted by email at [email protected].
