New drop-off locations in Hull, Cambridge & Burton

als-new-locationsALS Environmental are delighted to confirm that we have added three new locations to compliment our national portfolio of drop-off points throughout the UK. All of these drop-off locations will be collected by our in-house fleet of refrigerated collection vehicles. The new locations are based in Hull, Burton and a new location for Cambridge have been chosen to help further reduce our carbon footprint and improve our spread of drop-offs throughout England and Wales.

The ALS drop-off in Cambridge has been added following customer feedback regarding the location of our original location. The new drop-off, at the Big Yellow Storage depot, is minutes away from the A14, opposed to being centrally located in the City.

als-environmental-new-dropoff-locations-croppedALS Environmental have a commitment to increase our drop-off locations throughout 2017 and the latest wave of additional points forms part of a new route to cover East Anglia, with new locations to be unveiled later in May. The addition of the Hull drop-off point follows extensive client feedback. Please note that any collections from this location must be booked before 16:00 on the day prior to collection being required.

Upon the opening of the Hull drop-off ALS Environmental’s Mark Aristidou, Business Development Manager for the North of England, comments:

Drop-off locations are becoming a major factor for all of our customers, enabling engineers to complete more productive days with the confidence that the samples will be collected by our in-house collection team late in the evening. Our team ensures that your samples are at the correct ALS testing laboratory for analysis to commence the following morning.

Testimonials

We had potential water quality problem due to the actions of a third party and needed samples taken as a matter of urgency. Although this was outside the strict terms of our contract with ALS they were able to provide a sampler on a Friday afternoon, get the samples taken and returned to their labs for analysis.

They backed this excellent performance up by emailing us the sample results over the weekend. All in all a great piece of customer service!

Bob Windmill, Head of Water Quality, Independent Water Networks

ALS are a really easy company to deal with their professional attitude to the range of services they provide for us is second to none. The people there listen carefully and respond very quickly to our requests , we have dealt with them for the last eight years and their customer advisors understand our business and not only their own.”
